What you will be doing:
? RN Hospice Case Managers see patients in medical facilities or patients' homes managing patients hospice services ? Assist with patient admissions, create a plan of care, supervise staff, community with attending physicians ? Administer medication as needed ? Counsels the patient and family in meeting end of life needsSkills you need:
